Terms and Conditions:
  1. This conference is opened to all secondary school students and undergraduate students from 15 - 22 years old.
  2. Fees are inclusive of conference materials, daily meals and tea breaks, accommodations and transportations.
  3. A confirmation of registration will be sent to you upon receipt of registration form.
  4. Please submit the completed registration form before 20th May 2011.
  5. Payments can be made through the fund transfer to the CIMB bank account : 0506-0179986-52-2 (Ng Jia Wen)
  6. Please text your name, reference number, transaction date and time to Evelyn Yee Wai Ming at 016-6369516
  7. Keep the transaction slip and bring it with you on 2rd June 2011
  8. A full payment must be received within 5 working days of registration form submission.
  9. No participation fees are refundable.
